Cancellation fees
- More than 30 days before arrival : 50€ (handling fee)
- Between 15 and 30 days : 50%.
- Less than 8 days before arrival : full amount
Special cancellation clauses COVID-19
In case of changes in sanitary conditions due to COVID-19 and impossibility to fulfil the rental contract with our establishment for border and road closures, all amounts paid will be refunded, except a 50 € folder fee.

Your data will be processed for the purpose of managing our commercial relationship, the uses of which will be: administrative management, invoicing, accounting, statistics, loyalty and satisfaction with our services. The legitimate basis for the processing of your personal data is based on compliance with the legal obligation arising from Law 16/2017 of 13 July, General Law on Tourist Lodging (art. 6.1 section "c" RGPD), our business relationship for the provision of our services (art. 6.1 section "b" RGPD), and your express consent given by accepting the same.
The data controller informs you that the processing of data does not involve automated decisions or profiling for the purpose of predicting personal preferences, behaviour or attitudes.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Andorran legislation in all matters not expressly established. In the event of litigation for any reason, APARTAMENTS MOBLATS PAS, S.L. and the User shall be governed by the regulations applicable in the Courts of the Principality of Andorra.
