  HOUSE RULES AND OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS

  Holiday Apartments – Pas de la Casa – Andorra

  Dear Guests:

  We welcome you to our holiday apartments in Pas de la Casa and thank you for placing your trust in us.

  To ensure a pleasant, comfortable, and neighbor-friendly stay for everyone, please read the following rules carefully and respect them throughout your stay.

  1. Condition of the apartment upon arrival

  • Upon arrival, please check the general condition of the apartment, furnishings, and provided equipment.

  • Any anomaly, damage, or defective appliance must be reported to our agency within 24 hours of your arrival.

  2. Respect for neighbors and quiet hours

  Our apartments are located in residential buildings alongside owners and long-term tenants. To ensure their peace and quiet:

  • Quiet hours must be observed starting at 10:00 PM (22:00).

  • Loud noises, shouting, and high music volume must be avoided.

  • Parties or gatherings that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.

  • Common areas, hallways, elevators, and stairs must be used with care and respect for others.

  3. No smoking

  • All our apartments are completely smoke-free spaces.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

  4. Pets

  • Pets are not permitted without prior authorization from our agency.

  • When an authorized pet is allowed, a €30 fee per stay applies.

  5. Occupancy and use of the premises

  The apartment is reserved exclusively for the guests registered at the time of booking, up to the maximum permitted capacity. Guests agree to:

  • Respect the maximum number of occupants.

  • Treat the apartment, amenities, and furnishings with care.

  • Not move or damage the furniture.

  • Respect the building’s facilities and common areas.

  • Promptly report any incident or damage that occurs during the stay.

  6. Cleaning and maintenance

  • Please maintain the apartment in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay.

  • Domestic waste must be disposed of in the public containers located outside the building.

  • Leaving trash bags in corridors or common areas is strictly prohibited.

  7. Check-out and departure inspection

  Check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM (noon), by prior appointment arranged with the agency only. Before leaving, please ensure that you:

  • Remove all personal belongings prior to inspection.

  • Place all used bed linen and towels into the white bag provided.

  • Do not remove the mattress protectors.

  • Fold blankets and duvets and store them inside the wardrobes.

  • Place the bedspreads back on the beds.

  • Turn down the heating.

  • Dispose of all rubbish in the external containers.

  • Return the apartment in a clean condition comparable to your arrival.

  • In the event of insufficient cleaning, a €55 cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit, in accordance with the booking terms.

  8. Compliance with regulations

  • Compliance with these rules is essential to ensure smooth operations and maintain the quality of our accommodations.

  • Any detected damage or breach of rules may lead to additional charges or deductions from the security deposit, subject to contractual terms.
