Condition of the apartment upon arrival Upon arrival, please inspect the overall condition of the apartment, furnishings, and equipment provided. Any issue, damage, or defective equipment must be reported to our agency within 24 hours of arrival. 2. Respect for neighbours and quiet hours Our apartments are located in buildings shared with owners and permanent residents. To maintain their peace and quiet: Quiet hours must be observed starting from 10:00 PM. Disruptive noise, shouting, and loud music must be avoided. Parties and gatherings that may disturb neighbours are strictly prohibited. Common areas, hallways, elevators, and stairwells must be used respectfully towards all residents. 3. No smoking All our apartments are completely smoke-free spaces. Smoking inside the premises is strictly forbidden. 4. Pets Pets are not allowed without prior authorization from our agency. When authorized, a €30 fee per stay applies. 5. Occupancy and use of the accommodation The apartment is reserved exclusively for the guests registered at the time of booking, up to the maximum stated capacity. Guests agree to: Respect the maximum occupancy limit. Use the property, amenities, and furnishings with care. Refrain from moving or damaging furniture. Respect the building’s facilities and shared areas. Promptly report any incidents or damage noticed during the stay. 6. Cleaning and maintenance Please keep the apartment reasonably clean and tidy during your stay. Household trash must be deposited in the outdoor containers provided. Leaving trash bags in hallways or common areas is prohibited. 7. Check-out and handover of the apartment Check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM, strictly by prior appointment arranged with the agency. Before leaving, please ensure to: Remove all personal belongings prior to the check-out inspection. Place used bed sheets and towels in the provided white bag. Keep mattress protectors in place (do not remove them). Fold blankets and duvets and store them in the wardrobes. Put bedspreads back in place. Turn down the heating. Dispose of all trash in the exterior garbage bins. Leave the apartment in a state of cleanliness similar to when you arrived. In case of insufficient cleanliness, a €55 cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit, in accordance with the terms provided during booking. 8. Compliance with rules Compliance with these rules is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our properties and maintain the quality of our accommodations.
