Rent conditions<\/h4>

- More than 30 days before arrival : 50\u20ac (handling fee)<\/strong><\/div>\r\n
- Between 15 and 30 days : 50%.<\/strong><\/div>\r\n
- Less than 8 days before arrival : full amount<\/strong><\/div>\r\n

Special cancellation clauses COVID-19<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n
In case of changes in sanitary conditions due to COVID-19 and impossibility to fulfil the rental contract with our establishment for border and road closures, all amounts paid will be refunded, except a 50 \u20ac folder fee.<\/div>\r\n
